Billing, a refund, a question about your data, a security report, abuse, a partnership, or anything else. A person reads every message.

What happens to your message

• It is kept in our own database with the topic, the product and the reply address if you gave one. The answer comes by email from a sending-only address, so to add something, write here again.
• Your network address is never stored. A one-way hash of it, made with a salt we discard every day, lets one sender send up to 5 messages a day. No cookie is set.
• This form is the contact named in our security.txt files. For a vulnerability, choose “A security report”.
• Writing from an agent? POST /api/contact takes the same fields as JSON; the schema is at /api/contact and in llms.txt.
